Week #9- My Favorite Things To Do

For my last post until a long while I just want to write about my absolute favorite things to do.

1. I love Father and Daughter time with my dad. It’s so fun because my dad and I are like the same person. Well, except I like reading way more! I love this time because I love my dad so much. We usually watch a movie we seem interested or watch the Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park, Pirates of the Caribbean, more, and he will deal with my nerdy love of Harry Potter and watch it with me. We also love challenging each other on video games like our favorite, Super Smash Bros. Brawl. This is one of my favorite things to do.

2. I also enjoy reading. The Selection, Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, Divergent, The 5th Wave, etc. I love how reading opens a whole new world that can take you away from your problems and reality. It’s like I’m the character in the book. I feel the emotional feelings, joy, sadness, frustration, anxiety, and more. Reading is my world of perfection. This is also one of my favorite things to do.

3. I am a huge rock science and Pangaea fan. They are fascinating subjects for me that interest me so much! For me, these two things are the best of science. Science for rocks fascinates me because of the interesting facts of what they are made of, the cool patterns and how cool they look when they shatter or break. The reason I enjoy the idea of Pangaea is how it explains a likely concept that all the continents were once connected. This news excites me! I love how they have found all kinds of evidence like glacial evidence in Australia and how plants that are found at the edge of one continent are found on another edge of a different continent that we think connects to the other one. The fact that Africa and South America look like they fit is super cool for me. I would love to study more about this and find out if it is 100% true!

4. I love celebrating Christmas. It is one of my favorite holidays. I don’t just like Christmas because of the gifts but because of my belief. My church celebrates Christmas for the birth of Jesus Christ our Savior. This is my belief, but we also celebrate Christmas like usual. Santa Clause, Stockings, Christmas trees, music, presents, etc. But one of the best parts of Christmas that I love is giving people gifts. The light in their face is so bright and happy when they get gifts. It makes me happy to see someone happy. I also love doing 12 days of Christmas. I love leaving gifts on peoples doorsteps. It is hard to do it now because some people try to catch us, but it is fun to be sneaky and help others at the same time. And, I am enjoying doing #Light the World.

Thank you so much Sundal. I appreciate that you enjoy my nerdy kind of lifestyle. Maybe you could write a post about yourself? If you already have one, comment it in the comments section. I would love to know more about you. Thanks

    1. I think it’s really nice to know different people from different parts of the world. Isabella, I made an About Me page, as well as some posts that I talk a bit about myself such as, why I chose my Avatar and my favorite foods. You can check out my blog at https://sundalhaqqani.wordpress.com/. Thanks for asking!
